    In Olivo restaurants formal qualifications are not our first concern as we believe we can train everybody have the required qualities to work in the restaurant trade.


     

    Restaurant managers

    We believe that being a restaurant manager is an exciting and self rewarding job. You are working for a small growing company of Italian restaurants, focused on high standards of food and service. You feel passionate about this job and you are proud to serve authentic Italian food, no compromise is accepted!!!!

    Which qualities do you need?

    The role

  • Day-to-day running of the business
  • Employment of waiting staff
  • Organising the stock orders
  • Looking after daily takings
  • Administer disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Make sure company Food safety policy is implemented
  • Checking Health and Safety issues for both staff and customers
  • Assuring company standards of food and service
  • Finally: Be ready to be the first one to enter in the restaurant and the last one to leave


    Remuneration


    It can vary according to your ability and the size of the restaurant. The package includes the basic salary, a figure in the region of £ 21,000 p.a. Plus bonus of £2000- 6,000 p.a. according to the budget targets and a percentage of the 10% service charge generated by the restaurant
